I'm Back

I need a day or two to decompress and come back into life out among the bellaangaana, but never fear.

Here's my new niece's favorite song that I played for her. When she's around she wants it every other song, and at least two runthroughs each time.

UPDATE:

I'm going to try adding in the chords. I'm too lazy to import the graphic stuff to put in the notation.

Dubarry
G
Dubarry done gone again
C
Dubarry done gone again
G
Dubarry done gone again
D G
He bound for Canaan's land
Em D
Took Dubarry to the jailhouse door
Em D
(he gone again he gone again)
Em D
In at three he out at four
Em D G
He bound for Canaan's land
Em D
Dubarry he a travelin' man
Em D
(he gone again he gone again)
Em D
Carry a ticket in his right hand
Em D G
He bound for Canann's land

Dubarry done gone again. . .

Dubarry he don't leave no track
(he gone again he gone again)
Bloodhound come mopin' back
He bound for Canaan's land
Dubarry he don't never fret
(he gone again he gone again)
Sight of him make the warden sweat
He bound for Canaan's land

Dubarry, Dubarry, Dubarry
He bound for Canaan's land
Dubarry, Dubarry, Dubarry
He bound for Canaan's land

i got that reaction from animals at all stages of the trip. i currently have a german shepherd who not only is glued to my knee, she is totally outraged that i smell of golden retrievers and horses from arizona. if she can think she's the only dog in the world she is fine with it.

I've never heard it, but that is awesome! I've turned one of my cousins onto some good music (you'll be happy to know that it's the Waterboys :) recently.

Get 'em while they're young...or youngish as the case may be.
