I have been told I am essene-like, in ref. to my chocolate habits. Just one of those squares would carry me through several weeks, I am certain. At least a couple.
Just as the chocolatier has his protocol, I would penitentially wrap my square and freeze it, shaving off only the slightest bit each day for reverential consumption. (Yup, I'm ready for the monastery.)
*deep sigh*
I can almost smell those gorgeous squares. The aroma of dark chocolate is almost as good as the taste thereof.

Hi Minstrel Boy,
I got inspired a week ago and made some truffles for the 1st time ever. But, I only used 9 ounces of chocolate.
Ten pounds will make a serious batch of truffles! :) Please post photos of all the different types you make.
