Friday Random Ten (still on the road edition)

This Friday finds me heading down to San Diego instead of back to the ranch. Along with catching up with some family and old friends I'm also scouting locations for possibly opening a truffle shop. It would be my second time selling truffles in San Diego, and this one has the advantage of me being clean and sober.

We shall see where the wind blows and roll with it. I'm tired of fighting the tide and the prevailing winds. Time to seek safe harbor downstream.

Hit random twice, take the top ten. . .

Shelter From The Storm - - - Bob Dylan
And She Was - - - Talking Heads
All Through The Night - - - Cyndi Lauper
Raglan Road - - - Van Morrison
Grand Valse in Eb - - - Chopin (Andre Previn)
Big Rock Candy Mountain - - - Burl Ives
Jolie Blon - - - Doug Kershaw
Dem Belly Full - - - Bob Marley
Country Roads (Take Me Home) - - - Toots and the Maytalls
Wasted Days and Wasted Nights - - - Freddie Fender

Bonus:

Hot Tamales (take 3)- - - Robert Johnson

What's on your playlist? (or plate?)

"And She Was"...good song. No more "wasted days and wasted nights" for you, eh? Best of luck in your S.D. reconnoitering. Please keep us updated.

Safe journey. I would not want to be going to San Diego right now.

I had forgotten all about Freddie Fender. Now that song will be in my head all day. I don't mind it being there a bit.
