what is totally cool about this is that before my single parent days began my very own personal car was a brown '68 911E, i did the right thing for a single dad to do and sold it, got myself an astrovan and did my duty.

I am an AMC Pacer. Weird, slow, with a sense of style that is dubious at best.

Of course, said car is not in that quiz :-).

now, i have a '96 green saturn, my truck is a '58 Chevy Apache. that is a horse hauling machine. it is the envy of all my friends. when i pop the hood and show them the flat head straight eight and the toilet paper roll oil filter they get all gushy inside.

My parents had a Pacer when I was a teenager. It wasn't a bad car, really. It was critically injured while we were driving one summer in northern PA. As we crossed an interstate bridge there was a trunk crankshaft (or some such) from a just-injured truck on the other side of the bridge and there really was no way to avoid it. The car was never the same after that......

Heh. Mazda RX-8. How typical:

You're sporty, yet practical, and you have a style of your own. You like to have fun, and you like to bring friends along for the ride, but when it comes time for everyday chores, you're willing to do your part.

the older rx-7 was a less pigbuttish looking machine. although i have always admired the dual rotary power plant. throw in a turbocharge and you are talking speed and applied torque.

I'm another Ferrari Modena: "You've got it all. Power, passion, precision, and style. You're sensuous, exotic, and temperamental. Sure, you're expensive and high-maintenance, but you're worth it."

They got it wrong. I'm not powerful.
