Monty Python Administration
Listening to the recent claims from the Vice President has reminded me of nothing less than this Monty Python sketch. Think of Cheney in the John Clease role as Harry Reid or Rahm Emmanuel try to make sense of the the things he's said over the last several days.
Stay tuned for the famed "Dead Parrot" sketch when they try to spin their failure to secure Bagdhad in September.

Our verdict: silly!
i am begining to think python was our nostradamus.
you are soooo right. I am trying hard to concentrate on the kind of leadership I would like to have and not pay any more attention to these morons than absolutely necessary. Did you see the Chris Matthews interview with Ann Coldbitch when Elizabeth Edwards called in? It is on youtube.
Most people's mistake when watching old Monty Python skits is believing that they're watching fiction.
Oh, that Baghdad parrot isn't dead. It's just... sleeping! Yeah!
What? My parrot's dead, y'say? Hadn't noticed.
I can see them adopting a backward trot, courtesy of the Ministry of Silly Walks. . .

Actually, I think Cheney's more like the Graham Chapman character (the one in the Abuse office).
the abuse guy is rove.
the hitting on the head guy is gonzales.
Just thinking about the dead parrot sketch makes me start laughing.
I see bush as the knight in the fight who kept denying that he was being chopped to death. Minor flesh wound.
