Aretha's soooooooooo damned cool! I've never had the pleasure of playing with her, but once at the Vegas venue of the Jerry Lewis thing I got to share a bill. Backstage she's a real live honest to god Lady. No pretense, no temperment that I observed. Just what she is, a good, decent woman. Have a big time ball tonight.
